Turning Turmoil Into a Life You Love
Major life transitions create overwhelm, fear, exhaustion and lots of changes.
It can be down right scary, making you just want to hide in bed.
But you don’t have to do that! Discover.Heal.Thrive is a process I developed after going through my divorce. It was just one of many major life transitions but this one made me realize there had to be some structure beyond a friend saying – “You’ll get through this.”
This process gives you a path to follow, allowing you to find answers and relief.

The Discover * Heal* Thrive Process
In this process, each step helps the other two. They support the others so you can make progress faster. For example, when you learn more about yourself you will see what you need to heal. As you heal different aspects, it is easier to see who you are – and make plans for your future that better fit you. As you implement plans to get the life of your dreams, then you will uncover more about yourself and what needs healed.
Getting easier as you go through life, because you know yourself and have healed blocks!
Step 1: Discover
Understanding who you are and what you want will help guide your decisions, which can be overwhelming during a transition. Plus, it will help you see what you need to heal to be able to move forward.
Step 2: Heal
In this stage you work on healing any emotional wounds from your current life transition and past experiences. Plus you work on soul wounds, limiting beliefs and anything else that is preventing you from being your best self.
Step 3: Thrive
As you work through the first two steps you are able to move forward creating a life that you are excited for. This can include implement goals, trying new things or just enjoying life!

Where to Start The Discover.Heal.Thrive Process:
Where you start depends on what phase of change you are going through. Here are some resources to help you get through the stages:
Are you overwhelmed and panicked with a new transition?
When you first start experiencing something like a divorce or a move to a new city it can be scary. It is hard to make process with any of these stages if panic keeps getting in the way. Start by learning tools to help you calm down so you can start the discovery process. You can do this by working with a therapist, or check out my workbook on how to overcome fear. This has tools, worksheets and resources that I personally use when panic sets in.
Working on healing but feeling depleted?
Your personal energy is dramatically impacted when you are experiencing a major life transition. Personal energy management is critical. More than just self care, it helps you understand what is your energy and what outside you is draining you. When your energy is fully resourced on all levels it makes it easier to manage decisions, your day and the healing process. Check out my course on personal energy management to learn more.
What types of healing should I be doing?
Emotional healing should be your priority. Getting stuck in the past because you haven’t healed prevents you from living the life you want. After that if you are still struggling there may be other things that need attention such as spiritual healing. You can learn more about both those here:
