Sample Prompt:
Where am I sacrificing my desires and settling for less? Why?
Are you allowing your standards to slide in an area of life? It can be easy to do this when we are struggling with achieving our desires. We want something so bad; we accept less than we deserve. Just so we can get close to having it.
You can explore this in any area of life. Create a list of where this is happening in your career, relationships, health, money or spirituality. Then take each thing you list and dig into it with asking why you are doing that.
