Absolutely! Working on your land and home won’t impact you while it is happening since it is not connected directly to your energy field. However I would not schedule this session if you are hosting a big party or doing some major work around the house. Just to be safe! 😉

Absolutely! All types of structures are impacted by issues on the land and in the building. With an attached home this can include the energies of those you share wall with. Making space and land tending even more important. I personally actively work on any home that I live in even if it’s an apartment. Apartments space tending can include your own apartment, the entire building and the land. In our new client consultation we can discus what is going on and if that requires just your space or more.

This all depends on your property. Variables that determine how much need cleared: size or property and the home, any outbuilding that might be on the property, what historically happened on the land and the age of the structure. I have had clients who have needed 10 to 15 sessions and I have had clients that only needed two. This is why the first session includes a run down of what the spirit helpers think is directly impacting you. This gives you an idea of how much it will require.

I do not let you know when I am starting the land and space tending because it does not directly impact your energy fields. I do typically start on time, as my sessions have extra time padding incase the one before you goes late! If this is a concern of yours we can discuss it in the initial consultation.

Your space and land does not need resting time like a human does. However, if we are actively working in your home the humans within your home may need time to adjust to the new energies after a healing session. So, for inside I recommend waiting at least a week between sessions. For outside work you typically don’t have any energy reset issues to worry about, so you can schedule them back to back! The exception to this would be if the guides said to wait.

No, for this I recommend a divination session. This allows us to get more detailed information not only on the property that you’re looking at but other things that might impact your move and what you are looking for. Divination will give you the broad overview of what your guides think about the property or city. You can ask these types of questions: Will this home be the right energetic match for me? or What issues will I face if I move into the home? What cities are a good energetic match for me? Congratulations on your new place! Tending you new spaces before you move in is a great way to have a clean start. With a new move in, I will clear out the old owners and residents energies, ensure you have a house tender (typically fairies or elf) and if time clear out any issues we find.
