Change is Scary.

Not knowing what is next is scary.

But it doesn’t have to control you.

While it can feel like you have no control over life’s changes. Especially the big transitions – that you legitimately didn’t want.

There are things you can do to calm your fears and begin to be okay with the unknown.

overcome fear of the unknown workbook

So, if you find yourself saying:

  • Will I fail?
  • I have no idea what I want.
  • I never wanted to be here, so how do I even move forward?
  • I just want things to go back to the way they were.

Then, this workbook is for you.

Andrea, you are amazing. Everything you taught here had me feeling guilty in a great way about fears that I never realized, until I answered “yes” to everything and went out, told myself I am going to do this TODAY. Your workbook made me overcome my fear of driving I never felt good enough, and since I backed up out of ziplining last week when I was supposed to do it with my husband, I feel so confident to go back and attack it. For that, thank you so so much, I highly recommend this to anyone who has FEARS.

How to Overcome Fear During Times of Transition

In this workbook I walk you step by step through calming when panic strikes, understanding your fear, and how to move forward.

What’s Included in the Overcoming Fear Workbook:

We work through three stages in the workbook that include: calming the fear, understanding the fear and moving past the fear.

Calm Fear

Before you can ever move past a fear, you need to be able to calm down! During a panic attack you don’t want someone saying – “what do you want next in your life?”  You want your heart to stop racing and worry to chill out.

Understand Fear

Once calm we then explore what your fear is about. Pushing through without knowing the cause doesn’t solve your problem in the long term. It would be like putting a band-aid on a gash that needs stitches. It might be okay till you get to the ER, but not for healing.

Move Forward

You calmed down and got your stitches. Now you can start to make plans and fully healing. But what do you actually want? If life is changing, do you want the same things? And what do you do if the fear comes back (and it will)? How do you manage the unknown? We cover all this and more!

Worksheets Included

In addition to the lessons above you get the following worksheets:

  • Journal prompts – to help explore fear and what you want in life.
  • EFT Tapping Script Creation – using what you discover in journaling, this worksheet helps you write your own personalized script to tap with.
  • Fear management planner – track exactly how you are going to manage and overcome your fear this week.
  • Self-care planner – self-care is critical in getting through difficult times. This worksheet helps you plan out exactly what you are going to do to stay calm!
  • Journaling Why Ladder – this helps you get to the root of a problem!
  • Meditation challenge tracker – meditation is a great tool for managing fear. Don’t have a practice? Not to worry, this worksheet will help you stick to a practice.
