I understand and agree that all classes and workshops Andrea Belzer provides are a form of educational and that Andrea Belzer is not a psychologist, medical doctor, CFA or CPA. I understand that this means that Andrea Belzer is not qualified to diagnose psychological or medical conditions. If these health issues come up, I agree to seek medical advice from the appropriate professional.
I understand that information provided in this class is not intended as legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
I understand that these classes are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, psychiatric treatment, or crisis intervention. If I am in crisis, it is my responsibility to contact emergency services or a licensed professional.
I understand that Andrea cannot provide emergency support during or after the class. If I experience an emergency, I will contact local emergency services immediately.
Age Requirements
Participants must be 18 years or older to attend, unless otherwise stated and with written consent.
Mental and Emotional Expectations
I understand that this class may bring up issues of a highly personal nature that may cause me to experience emotional or physical responses that may be unexpected and/or unpleasant. Further, I understand that I may experience mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual distress and that such distress may cause unpleasant feelings. I agree to assume this risk, including but not limited to the types of responses described.
I confirm that I do not suffer from any mental or physical impairment and have not been diagnosed at any point with a disorder, condition, or injury, either physical or mental, that might make it inadvisable for me to assume such risks. This includes cases of PTSD, where you may encounter reexperiencing the event.
I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own well-being during the class and may step away at any time. If I experience distress beyond what feels manageable, I agree to seek appropriate professional support.
I understand I am responsible for participating in a private, safe, and distraction-free environment. I understand that Andrea is not liable for any consequences resulting from my chosen environment during the class.
I understand that I may stop class at any time and leave for any reason, I simply need to log off. I understand that this does not allow me to get a refund.
Energetic and Spiritual Work
I understand that the class may include guided meditation, energy-based exercises, intuitive guidance, or other spiritual practices. I participate voluntarily and understand results are subjective and vary by individual.
Results
I understand that results of any type are not guaranteed. Each person is individual and at a different place in their life. Therefore, some of these tools may not work or resonate with you today. Additionally, outcome is based on how much I put into my own healing. I understand healing requires more than getting information. I must put in the work to heal.
Intellectual Property
I understand that the content provided in the course is for educational purposes only and I have no right to replicate, modify distribute, or pass that content off as my own. It is for me to use it in my personal life. Participation does not grant rights to reuse content for professional, teaching, or commercial purposes
I understand that I may not record, screenshot, distribute, or share any portion of the class without explicit written permission from Andrea Belzer.
Group Expectations
I understand that I am expected to be respectful of others in the class. This is a safe space to explore ideas, feelings and beliefs. Any harassment of another in the class will result in immediate removal from the class with no refund.
I agree to maintain confidentiality and not share or discuss any other participant’s personal information outside of the class.
I understand that group settings involve varying personalities and experiences. Andrea may, at her discretion, remove a participant whose behavior disrupts the experience for the group.
Andrea reserves the right to refuse service or remove a participant at any time if she believes it is in the best interest of the participant, the group, or the integrity of the class.
I agree not to engage in disruptive behavior, hate speech, or unsolicited promotion of services/products.
Technology Expectations
I understand that I am responsible for my own internet connection, audio, and device functionality. Technical difficulties on my end do not qualify for a refund.
Recording Expectations
If the class is recorded, I will be notified in advance. Attendance in a recorded session constitutes consent to be recorded.
I understand that my video and name may appear in recordings unless I turn my camera off or change my name.
I understand that recordings are for replay purposes only for the class members signed up for this session. I understand that the replay sent out will be the audio only version.
Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Andrea Belzer from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with the class.
I understand that recordings emailed out will be available for download for up to three weeks after the class. I must download them prior to that time to maintain them for the future.
Email Follow-up
I consent to receive emails related to class access, materials, reminders, and replays.
Notice of Cancellation Policy (48Hours)
Andrea Belzer maintains a 48-hour cancellation policy for classes. You may cancel your registration for a refund of the full amount you paid minus $15 for processing fees.
After the 48-hour cancellation timeframe there are no refunds. You may be able to use the funds towards a different class. Andrea handles these on a case-by-case basis.
Liability for External Factors
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond control (e.g., platform outage, illness, emergency), Andrea may reschedule the class. Refunds may be issued at her discretion.
No-Show Policy
In the event that you do not provide any advance warning that you need to cancel or reschedule and you do not attend the agreed-upon class time, the full class fee for the missed class will not be refundable.
Payment Policy
Payments must be made at the time of registration.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
