General round up of things I think are beneficial and that I use in my own practices.
- The Heal Documentary – I love this movie. It quickly summarized everything I have been learning for over 15 years!
- Essential Oils from Plant Therapy – I love a good oil to help me relax and unwind. Yet it seems like there are too many trying to get you to sell, or they are just down right poor quality. I did a ton of research to find one that did not require MLM and was high quality. I picked Plant Therapy for my go to. While there are absolutely many other great companies, this one meet me needs for quality, affordability, shipping ease and they are a small business! Check them out!
- Hypnosis Downloads – Hypnosis has been so powerful for me personally that I trained in it. This is the company that I use when I need a download for myself. They have just about every topic you can possibly imagine. I used the Overcoming Fear of Thunder for my son when he was young. My personal favorites are Stellar Success Mindset and the Fear of Success.
