I did not discover I was an empath until my 40’s. In fact, I didn’t know that being an empath was even a thing!

But once I learned this, everything started to make sense. It allowed me to understand why I felt run down. But more importantly I could finally figure out how to protect myself and fully accept myself.

Now, I help other empaths learn to not just survive, but to be able to live and thrive.

What we work on

Self-Discovery

This is hands-down, one of the most important things that we will cover. Without knowing what triggers you or why you react how you do. It is hard to make lasting changes. You can only clear yourself of others’ energies so many times without feeling like it is impossible. Not doing this step is why you can get stuck in protection & fear mode.

Energy Management

Topics in this area include identifying what emotions are actually yours. Learning to energetically clear others’ emotions, and protecting yourself. This is the stage where you are learning how to make it through the day and still feel good. You may also hear this referred to as energy hygiene. (Check out my course on this, if you want to build daily routines to support and protect your energy.)

Use Your Gifts

Once you have mastered managing being an empath, you can start the next stage and begin to learn how to use your gifts for good. Not everyone has to do this, but even if it is just for you and your family, the benefits are fantastic!

If you find you are just to exhausted to even consider this, then you are in empath overload. Before we start to work on this process, we need to get you out of drained panic mode. Not to fear, I can help guide you on this.

The Empath Coaching Program

With my coaching program we work through the following steps:

  • Overcome Overload – before you can make progress we first need to ensure you aren’t in overload. If you are in overload that is the main focus.
  • Understand what is your energy and what is others.
  • Protect your energy.
  • Clear your energy.
  • Use your empath gifts.

I have all my client start with my Energetic Sovereignty course. I designed this after realizing that 99% of my clients all started here.   • For many years I had been searching for an empath coach who was also an empath. Someone I could connect with, someone who understood what I was going through, someone who could help me understand my empath self better.
    I tried a few of Andrea’s meditations for empaths and they were effective – just what I needed. She was speaking my empath language and I could feel she understood the challenges of being an empath.

Benefits of Asynchronous Coaching

  • No worrying about scheduling sessions – we don’t have to figure out what time will work for both of us. You send you question when you have time, and I respond within 24 hours (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
  • Don’t have to be in similar time zones. You can be 16 hours ahead of me and it doesn’t matter. We can still work together.
  • Immediate help – you don’t have to wait till our next live session. You send your question or concern, and I answer back!
  • We can adjust and tweak in the moment so you can make progress without creating new bad habits!
  • Gives you time to process your thoughts and questions – which leads to better questions and insights. While face to face conversations are great, you also might not feel like you have time to pause and pull your ideas together. With asynch you can take the time to think about exactly what the question is.
  • You can review what was said instead of trying to remember.
  • You still get the benefits of voice and body language insights. With only text or email you won’t always catch the tone of voice you can with a voice memo. Or body language from a video. Why is this important? Because we often hide with our words what is going on, but the energy of your voice can tell a different story. This has happened with clients, where I can say “you don’t sound like your normal self. how are you feeling?”
