What is the Illumination Healing?

The Illumination Healing session’s purpose is to help you navigate your path. Helping to light the way with spiritual guidance, clearing blocks on your path and keep your energy balanced and healthy.

This is accomplished through three things.

Energy Clearing

First, we have to remove any energetic gunk that you have accumulated. This can be your energy, others energy or a combination of it. To do this we use Reiki, chakra clearing, aura repair and others depending on what we find.

What is energetic gunk? That is my term for the residual leftover emotions you have, energy from other people and the world. Without clearing your personal energy field of this, you aren’t able to function at your best.

Spiritual and Soul Healing

Second, we remove any soul wounds that are appropriate and able to be removed. This can include removing beings, closing out contracts that are able to be marked complete, and much more.

What can be removed with this is determined by your guides and the situation. Some situations require longer healing sessions.

Spiritual Guidance

We close out by your guides giving you specific steps you need to take to continue to move forward. You don’t get the whole map, just the next steps to get you there.

For example, I had one client that was told to go sit under a tree. And that this would trigger insights. At the same time, she was told to not work from her apartment as the energy wasn’t right in it. However, the communal space was actually really good!

Another client was told she couldn’t be directed to her life purpose yet because she wouldn’t be able to energetically handle it as an empath. She first needed to master her energy hygiene. Which we were then able to create plans for her to do exactly that.

You walk away from the session with clear energy and a direction to start moving towards.

Session Details

All sessions are distance and last approximately 60 minutes. The exact time depends on what we are clearing, but the range is typically 45 to 65 minutes.

I will email you what I did and what messages I received after the session is complete.

You do not have to do anything specific during the session. I create a sacred container so that your physical body is protected while we do this. Everything at the end is fully reintegrated and the container closed.

Who is This Good For?

This is a great for a deeper clean than Reiki alone can provide. But is also great for the following situations:

• Going through a major life transitions and you need both spiritual/energy healing and guidance from your spirit guides. You can even add on spiritual coaching for consistent help – including practical advice. Learn more about my spiritual life coaching here.
• Empaths – we tend to pick up too much of other people’s stuff anyway, so having a regular healing session can keep you clear and focused on your own energy.
• Experiencing a dark night of the soul or spiritual crisis. This is when regular clearing and guidance can shorten the time you are going through this. My own dark night of the soul triggered me needing to address spiritual healing needs and led me to training in them. They were that powerful.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I have a session?

This session is a great as a maintenance tool. When used once a month, we can quickly catch anything that has accumulated. This is especially good when you are experiencing a major life transition as many changes are happening and there is intense emotions. For example, a client was going through a divorce and on one of her sessions, we caught an curse in the formation stage. It wasn’t fully developed but was impacting her. We removed it before it became a problem.

Do I have to sit still?

No, you are welcome to be moving around. I do recommend that if it is the first time you have had any energy work that you do just sit. This is so you know how your body reacts to energy and soul work. Everyone is different, and each session is different so until you know your patterns play it safe!

For example, I typically don’t feel anything during a session. I see results after. However, once in a while I am impacted. So, when I have a session for myself, I make sure I am at a place where I can sit down if need be.

What should I expect afterwards?

This will all depends on what we did. I have had clients have almost immediate results if we did a curse removal that was blocking something they were actively working on. Other clients, simply feel better and can function better.

In your summary session email, I will share what your guides say to do to physically support yourself. This is based on what we clear. They will also share the next steps they see that you can do to help integrate the session.

For example, I once had a session where we removed a past life curse around what career could be pursued. My client’s guides told her to spend some time journaling about what she wanted life to look like and to take a walk!

Cancellation Policy

You are welcome to reschedule with no fees if done 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel 24+ hours before session, you will receive a full refund minus $5 processing fee (to cover credit card fees, they don’t give those back to me!). If you cancel less than 24 hours or are a no show to a real time service there is no refund.

Refund Policy

Once the service has been provided, there are no refunds. Spirit and energy work works in ways we don’t always understand. Results can show instantly or take years to appear. Often our human mind decides the outcome before we allow it to flow. I have dedicated years to training and ensuring that you receive the best possible healing at the time you receive it.
