Without complete energy management, you end up burnt out, overwhelmed and not sure how to move forward.
This course is designed to help you create sustainable energy over time. So you can manage your energy levels no matter what is going on.

What is Covered
There are four main sections in the course. They are:
- Awareness & Self-discovery – before you can gain control over your energy you first need to better understand your own. Plus how you function. Without an awareness of your natural state it is hard to know when you need to tend to something. This also includes emotional healing. If you don’t take care of the past emotional wounds, you will struggle to maintain your emotional energy. You will stay depleted – no matter how much self-care and spiritual work you do.
- Energy Maintenance (Self-care) – without self-care and tending your own energy you won’t be able to be your best. You might get through. But wouldn’t you rather thrive? But self-care is often misunderstood and poorly put together. So, we take time to know what it is and create plans that work for you.
- Energetic Protection – what impacts our energy is more than just our own stuff. As humans we are connected to other humans, animals, and plants. We all exchange energy. Some of this can be great energy, but some can be toxic to us. We cover ways that you can make sure you don’t pick up the negative stuff.
- Energetic Clearing – when you do pick up something that isn’t yours – you need to remove it! We cover ways you can do that.
Energy Management Course Structure
This course is delivered via email. It is 17 emails over the course of 35 days.

Who is the Course Good For?
I think anyone, but here some that it is really great for:
- Empaths and Highly Sensitive People – learning to manage your own and others energy is critical to not feeling constantly depleted.
- People who work in “caring” jobs – are you taking care of others or in intense environments, then this class will help. For example: nurses, veterinarian, or counselors.
- Physically depleted – you find it difficult to sustain activity or require large amounts of recovery time. If this phrase resonates with you – “I can hardly put one foot in front of the other.”
